Kitchen, living room, 1 and 1/2 baths. Washer and dryer, yard with garden and porch.
House is owned by one of the housemates, a professional artist who uses two rooms on the first floor as studios and teaches art classes there every Tuesday year-round. Art Salon held bi-monthly at house. Other housemate is a massage and craniosacral therapist and art student.
Looking for mature, responsible, financially stable, cooperative, communicative, considerate, positive individuals who are seeking creative community. Non-smokers only. No heavy partyers. Sorry, no more pets.
